PUBLIC HEARING: PUBLIC HEARING ON P&Z CASE NO: 2021-29: Applicant, Randy Tucker, representing Capital Auto Corp., is requesting the approval of a Final Plat of 6.303 acres of land conveyed to Capital Auto Corp. out of the J. Creekpaum Survey, Abstract No. 1633, Palo Pinto County, Abstract No. 2293, Parker County, Texas, to Lot 1, Block 1, of the Capital Auto Storage Addition to the City of Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto, and Parker County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON P&Z CASE NO: 2021-32: Applicant, Mike Tincher, is requesting the approval of a Plat being approximately 5.805 acres out of the Northeast ¼ of Section No. 46, J.W. Dillinder Survey, Abstract No.1577, T. & P. RR. Co.
