PUBLIC HEARING ON P&Z CASE 2023-24 Applicant Matt Jones representing Kiran Patel is requesting approval of a Final Plat of a subdivision of a 10.402 acres tract of land out of the James Dimpkins Survey, Abstract number 152, Palo Pinto County Texas to Lots 1-7, Block A, Withers Fields, an addition in the E.T.J. of the City of Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas.
