PUBLIC HEARINGS PUBLIC HEARING ON P&Z CASE 2024-5 Applicant Tod Bain is requesting a Specific Use Permit in or- der to operate a tattoo studio in a GR (General Retail) District located at 1704 SE 1st Street, being Block 13, Lots 2 & 5 & W 6 of Lot 3, Wynnwood Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON P&Z CASE 2024-6 Applicant Diane Kessler is requesting and amendment to a PD (Planned Development) District in order to make changes to the regulations of the Planned Develop- ment know as The Wells Development being 115.503 acres out of the A.L.
