PUBLIC HEARINGS PUBLIC HEARING ON P&Z CASE 2024-18 Applicant Mike Tincher is requesting a Rezone of a 3.78 acres tract of land out of the Fuller Millsaps Survey, Abstract No. 322, Palo Pinto County Texas; being the same tract of land described in Volume 2524, Page 458 of the Official Public Records of Palo Pinto County, Texas from a SF-9 (Single family Residential) District to a PD (Planned Development) District. PUBLIC HEARING ON P&Z CASE 2024-19 Applicant Mark Fisher is requesting a Specific Use Permit in order to operate a Pawn Shop in a GR (General Retail) District located at 1704 SE 1st Street; being Block 13, Lots 2 & 5 & W6 of Lot 3, Wynwood Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas.
