July 22, 2021 City Hall Open House
MINOT CITY COUNCIL – SPECIAL MEETING – JULY 22, 2021
Members Present:
Olson, Jantzer, Podrygula, Sipma
Members Absent:
Evans, Pitner, Ross
The City of Minot held an Open House regarding the new City Hall building on July 22, 2021
from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the Council Chambers of City Hall.
The purpose of the Open House was for citizens to learn about the City Hall rehabilitation
project. Members of the City Council attended the Open House where Representatives from JLG
Architects prepared visuals and were available to answer questions. The Council members in
attendance exited the meeting by 7:07 pm while staff and representatives remained available
until 8:00 pm.

The City of Minot will be holding an Open House on July 22, 2021 from 6:00 -
8:00 pm at the Council Chambers at City Hall (515 2nd Ave SW).
A quorum of the City Council is expected to attend.
At the time this notice is being prepared, the agenda of this meeting will include
an open house for citizens to learn about the new City Hall building and ask
questions to staff and the design team.
