The City Council of the City of Minot (hereafter referred to as "governing body")
will be holding a special meeting on August 4, 2021 from 10:30 am – 11:30 am in
the Council Chambers at City Hall (515 2nd Ave SW).
At the time this notice is being prepared, the governing body expects the agenda of
its meeting to include: a presentation by ND Assistant Attorney General, Annique
Lockhard regarding open meeting and open records training. Following the
presentation Ms. Lockhard will be available for questions.
