Special City Council Meeting Friday, December 10, 2021 2:00-3:00 pm Minot Fire Station #1 2111 10th St SW, Minot ND This event did not qualify for a quorum of the City Council. In attendance was Mark Jantzer, Stephan Podrygula, and Tom Ross. Mayor Sipma was present for part of the meeting via teams. The Promotion and Graduate Ceremony had presentations from Harold Stewart, Chief Kelli Kronschnabel, Mayor Shaun Sipma, and Devin Walter. Larry Louser was the MC for the event. The ceremony started at 2:00 pm and ending at 2:45 pm.
