Special City Council Meeting Friday, January 6, 2023 at 10:30 AM MSU Dome, Minot State University (500 University Ave W) Any person needing special accommodation for the meeting is requested to notify the City Clerk’s office at 857-4752. A quorum of the City Council was expected at the funeral services for Master Officer Patrick Blanchard. In attendance was Mayor Ross, Alderwoman Evans, Alderman Jantzer, Alderman Podrygula, Alderwoman Olson, Alderman Pitner, and Alderman Burlingame. The funeral began at 10:31 am and ended at 11:29 am.
