City Hall Dedication and Open House Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 5:00 PM City Hall (10 3rd Ave SW) Any person needing special accommodation for the meeting is requested to notify the City Clerk’s office at 857-4752. A quorum of the City Council attended the City Hall Dedication and Open House. In attendance was Mayor Ross, Alderman Burlingame, Alderman Jantzer, Alderwoman Olson, and Alderman Podrygula. The event began at 5:00 pm with the City Hall Dedication. The dedication consisted of:  A Welcome from Mayor Tom Ross  Accolades from Senator Hoeven’s Representative Sally Johnson  Accolades from Senator Cramer’s Representative Kaitlyn Weidert  Message from City Manager Harold Stewart  Message from Mayor Tom Ross  Special thank you to City of Minot Engineer Lance Meyer  Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Following the dedication there was an open house where the public could tour the new City Hall and try a sample of food from some downtown businesses.
