A quorum of the City Council attended the City of Minot Employee Appreciation Picnic In attendance was Mayor Ross, Alderwoman Evans, Alderman Jantzer, Alderwoman Olson, and Alderman Podrygula. The picnic began at 12:00 pm with food being served and Harold Stewart, City Manager, presenting milestone recognition awards for City of Minot staff.
