ND Open Records/Open Meetings Training Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at 10:00 AM City Council Chambers, City Hall (10 3rd Ave SW) Any person needing special accommodation for the meeting is requested to notify the City Clerk’s office at 857-4752. A quorum of the City Council attended the ND Open Records/Open Meetings Training. In attendance was Mayor Ross, Alderman Burlingame, Alderwoman Olson, and Alderman Podrygula. The meeting began at 10:00 am with Stefani Stalheim introducing Annique Lockard, Assistant Attorney General. Annique Lockard presented, discussed, and answered questions about the ND Open Records and Open Meeting laws.
