City Council Tour of NDR Projects Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 6:00 PM Project Bee (1901 S Broadway) Any person needing special accommodation for the meeting is requested to notify the City Clerk’s office at 857-4752. Project Bee/Broadway Circle Started at 6:00 pm Present: Alderman, Jantzer, Alderman Burlingame, Alderman Podrygula, Harold Stewart, Chris Plank, Anthony Barrette, Liz Larsen The tour consisted of seeing the progress of the project. The attendees were able to see tour the Lord’s Cupboard section located in Building A. Kitchen area was almost completed along with the freezers and walk in coolers. Building B, which will provide shelter for those who are victims of Domestic Violence, is framed out and plumbing work continues. Center for Technical Excellence Present: Alderman Jantzer, Alderman Burlingame, Alderman Podrygula, Harold Stewart, Chris Plank, Anthony Barrette, Micah Jacobson, Dr, Mark Hildahl Dr Hildahl conducted the tour and stressed the significance of having this training available to this part of the State of North Dakota. Those present were able to see where classroom and practical training will take place. Roughing for electrical and some framing of offices and breakrooms are being completed. There was no official City of Minot business discussed. The meeting adjourned at 8:30 pm.
