Minot Fire Department Firefighter Graduation Ceremony Friday, November 17, 2023 at 2:00 PM City Council Chambers, City Hall (10 3rd Ave SW) Any person needing special accommodation for the meeting is requested to notify the City Clerk’s office at 857-4752. A quorum of the City Council was able to attend the Fire Department Firefighter Graduation Ceremony. In attendance was Mayor Ross, Alderman Jantzer, Alderwoman Evans, and Alderman Podrygula. The graduation ceremony began at 2:00 pm. The program included:  Nicholas Bawden – Chaplain – Firefighters Prayer  Guests of Honor - Mayor Tom Ross and City Manager, Harold Stewart  Pinning and Oath – Chief Kelli Kronschnabel  Ringing of the Bell There was no official City of Minot business discussed.
