City Council

On January 17, 2024, a special meeting of the Minot City Council was held in the 3rd floor Executive Conference Room at City Hall. The meeting was called to order at 11:09 a.m. ROLL CALL Members Present: Jantzer and Pitner Members Absent: Evans, Olson, Ross, Burlingame, Podrygula DISCUSSION The Council members present discussed the following items with the Housing Study consultants:  CDBG entitlement community  Accessory Dwelling Units  Sentinel project  Hotels  Manufactured Home Communities  Trinity Hospital  Senior Housing  Infill Housing (affordability) No action was taken. AJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 11:57 p.m.
