That the City Council approve the request by FX8, Inc. for a Retail Beer and Wine alcoholic beverage sales license, dba Econolodge Hotel & Suites (3916 North Broadway), effective July 1, 2013, subject to receipt of all documentation and approval by the Police Chief and Building Official. ********** The above motion by Alderman Withus, seconded by Alderman Seymour, and carried unanimously. 2. That the City Council approve the request MSU Beaver Boosters for a retroactive site authorization for the MSU Athletic Department on April 5, 2013 at Minot State University Dome – Athletic Office. ********** The above motion by Alderman Withus, seconded by Alderman Seymour, and carried unanimously. 3. ND Peace Officers Association for a local permit to conduct raffle on October 15, 2013 at Sleep Inn (2400 10th St SW). c. Dakota Territory Air Museum for a local permit to conduct raffle on July 4, 2013 at Dakota Territory Air Museum (100 34th Ave NE). d. Domestic Violence Crisis Center for a local permit to conduct raffle on August 24, 2013 at The Landing Bar (2015 N Broadway). e.
