The City Council will consider the agenda at its regular City Council meeting February 2, 2015 as follows: 1 Pursuant to the Code of Ordinances, we are requesting Committee and Council ratification of the following administratively approved requests: a. Sports on Tap for a special event permit on December 31, 2014 at Sports on Tap/Planet Pizza common area (220 S Broadway). b. MCFSC Synchro Team – Magic Lacers for a local permit to conduct raffle from February 8, 2015 at The Vegas Motel (2315 N Broadway). c. Dakota Cruisers for a local permit to conduct raffle on June 3, 2015 and September 14, 2015 at The Vegas Motel (2315 N Broadway). d. Minot High Dance Team for a local permit to conduct raffle on January 17, 2015 at Magic City Campus (1100 11th Ave SW). e. Frozen Fingers Music Association for a local permit to conduct raffle on February 13 and February 14, 2015 at Sleep Inn & Suites (2400 10th St SW). f. Souris Valley Animal Shelter for a local permit to conduct raffle on March 8, 2015 at Souris Valley Animal Shelter (1935 20th Ave SE). g. Boy Scout Troop 425 for a local permit to conduct raffle on February 19, 2015 at the Congregational United Church of Christ (430 N Broadway). h. Wildwood Men’s League for a local permit to conduct raffle on February 21, 2015 at Knights of Columbus (2601 N Broadway). i. Minot Swim Club for a local permit to conduct raffle from January 31, 2015 to December 31, 2015 at Magic City Campus (1100 11th Ave SW). j. Beaver Hockey, Inc. for a local permit to conduct raffle on January 23, 2015 at the Grand Hotel (1505 N Broadway). k. Northern Plains Children’s Advocacy Center for a local permit to conduct raffle on February 7, 2015 at the Grand Hotel (1505 N Broadway). 2. The City Council authorize gaming site authorization extension of premises from MSU Alumni Association at the Grand Hotel – Convention Center (1505 North Broadway) on April 1, 2015 for a special event.
