Renaissance Zone Review Board Minutes February 26, 2013 Members of Committee Present: Kerry Candrian, Pete Hugret, Denise Lindbo, and Chad Vogel Members Absent: Terri Aldrich, Barry Clute, Betty Fedorchak, Brandyn Hendrickson, Bruce Walker Others Present: Tom Probst, Zerek Kroll, KMOT, Damon Druse, Donna Bye A tour was attempted of the property located at #8 4th Street NE. The property owners were not available to give the tour but the City Planner had toured the property and showed the committee members those photos. Because there was not a quorum and the Chair was absent, the City Planner led the meeting. The following recommendations come from the four members of the Renaissance Zone Review Board. M-70: Conditional approval of an application for a Zone Project filed by Alumni Suites, LLC, Tom Probst, for a 100% five-year property tax exemption, including improvements, but not land and for the five-year Business Income tax exemption, to construct a new 24 unit multi-family apartment building on property located at 501 University Avenue W (Alumni Suites, Lot 1). M-71: Conditional approval of an application for a Zone Project filed by James Ryan and Ardeth Stevens, for a 100% five-year property tax exemption, including improvements, but not land and for the five-year personal income tax exemption, to rehabilitate a flood damaged property located at #8 4th Street NE (Ramstad’s 2nd Addition, west ½ Lot 7, Block 3) . The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 am.
