Renaissance Zone Board Meeting Agenda July 25, 2019  Call to Order  Attendance to determine quorum  Discussion on Revision of Renaissance Zone Development Plan o Begin developing Board consensus on answers to Key Questions to create Framework for revised plan  Begin deliberations on adding 14 blocks to the Zone o Should the Trinity property blocks be added now or wait until there is a clearer picture of which blocks will become available (note: we do not have to replace all the blocks that have been removed and hold some in reserve) o Should we consider creating an island or if there are three blocks that could be an island better suited as a Tax Increment Financing District  Adjourn
