Renaissance Zone Board Meeting Meeting Minutes for February 27, 2020 @ 1:00pm. Public Works Building Members Present: Pete Hugret (Chair), Jason Bentley, Michael King Members Absent: Kerry Candrian, Terri Aldrich, Barry Clute, Betty Fedorchak, Jen Cook Others Present: Brian Billingsley (Community & Economic Director), Josh Wolsky (Alderman), Glenda Sorensen (Planning Assistant) Call to Order: Chairman Hugret called the meeting to order at 1:00pm. Agenda: Three committee members and three city staff (as listed above) toured the following address points and surrounding areas in Minot: 1. 6th Street SE & 500 block of E. Central Avenue 2. 6th Avenue NE & 3rd Street NE 3. 408 N. Broadway and surrounding blocks 4. 4th Avenue NW & 17th Street NW 5. City Auditorium (south side) and surrounding blocks 6. Town & Country Shopping Center ______________________________________________________________________  Block 1 is located at E. Central Avenue and 5th Street NE.  Blocks 2-6 are located at 3rd Street NE and the area between 5th Avenue NE & 7th Avenue NE.  Blocks 7 – 11 are located on both sides of N. Broadway between 4th Avenue NW and 8th Avenue NW and 3rd Street NW.  Blocks 12 – 16 are located off 3rd Avenue SW and 4th Street SW & Avenue A.  Blocks 17 – 24 are located off South Broadway at 1st Street SW and Main Street S. down to 8th Avenue SW.  Blocks 25 – 28 are located off Burdick Expressway E. from 5th Avenue SE to 5th Street SE.  Blocks 29 – 36 are located on both sides of 4th Avenue NW between 16th Street NW and 19th Street NW.  Twenty-eight (28) blocks and an island were added to the City of Minot Renaissance Zone Map (see attachment). The island is identified as blocks 29 – 36 located at 4th Avenue NW and 16th – 19th Street NW. Adjourn: Mr. Hugret adjourned the meeting adjourned at 1:45pm.
