Agenda: Conditional Approval Project M-96 Dakota Apple Partnership 304 4th Avenue NW _____________________________________________________________________ Approval of Minutes Motion by Clute to approve the November 19, 2020 meeting minutes, second by Bentley. ayes: all, nays: none. Motion passes Jonathan Rosenthal gave a presentation on the proposed project for conditional approval. Conditional Approval: Project M-96: Dakota Apple Partnership, 304 4th Avenue NW  Rosenthal gave an overview of the project and confirmed it meets all minimum requirements for the Renaissance Zone program.  Assessor’s letter was presented and discussed.  The estimated 2021 True and Full assessment if the property were to remain in its current condition is $653,000.  The estimated taxes on the property for 2021 are $10,900.  Rosenthal noted that the applicant has not yet received their Certificate in Good Standing from the state, but do expect the certificate to be issued in the near future.  Applicant Chad Thompson was invited to the meeting, but was unable to attend. Chairman Hugret asked for a motion for conditional approval Motion by Fedorchak for conditional approval, pending receipt of Certificate in Good Standing, second by Bentley, and was carried by the following roll call vote: ayes: all, nays: none Motion passes Next Meeting Thursday, January 21, 2021 @ Public Works, Conference Room #3, 8:30am – 9:30am. Chairman Hugret adjourned the meeting at 8:50 am.
