Expand scope of definitions, remove “Use Type” definitions from this section and reserve for a new “Use Type” section. Retitle Chapter 2 as “Definitions and Use Types.” 4. Preview discussion regarding carry over of Use Type formatting to a proposed “Use Type Matrix” at the end of Chapter 2 and applicability to Chapter 23, “Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements.”
