Ms. 1 Approval of Minutes – October 27, 2021 Moore seconded. Approved 4-0 2 Approval of Resolution from October 27, 2021 Resolution denying Tanya Trost’s appeal of ARB decision dated August 31, 2021 regarding circle driveway. Ms. Barnes moved to approve the resolution. Mr. Eisemann seconded. Approved 4-0 3 Application for Variance Variance for fence in platted setback. Laura & Charles Hammond A variance of 10 ft. is required. 6439 Ensley Ln. Ms. Barnes moved to grant the variance. Ms. Moore seconded. Granted 4-0 4 Appeal of ARB decision by Darrell Franklin Appeal of ARB decision dated August 31, 2021 Continued 4/27/2022 Agenda Mission Hills Country Club replacing existing tennis court. Ms. Barnes moved to continue the appeal to the April 27th BZA meeting. Ms. Moore seconded. Appeal continued 4-0 5 Election of Chair & Vice Chair Mr. Eisemann nominated Mr. Halsey for Chair. Ms. Barnes seconded. Approved 3-0 Mr. Halsey nominated Mr. Eisemann for Vice Chair. Ms. Barnes seconded. Approved 3-0
