VISITORS:
1 Approval of Minutes – November 30, 2022 Ms. Moore moved to approve the minutes. Mr.
Barnow seconded. Approved 4-0
2 Approval of Resolution from November 30, 2022 Approval of resolution denying 16' 5" variance,
Prentice and Lyndse Hanes granting 10’ variance, and requiring fence to be

Mr. Barnow moved to approve the resolution. Ms.
Moore seconded. Approved 4-0
3 Request for Deadline Extension Request for extension of April 1, 2023 deadline for
Prentice and Lyndse Hanes fence relocation.

Board reviewed email dated March 27, 2023 from
Mr. Hanes to Ms. Clifton, requesting 2-month
extension in order to complete replat.
Mr. Barnow moved to deny the extension request
with City staff to enforce compliance as authorized
by the City Code. Mr. Eisemann seconded.

According to the Mission Hills Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) By-Laws, the BZA shall determine whether
or not an Architectural Review Board (ARB) decision was reasonable based upon the evidence presented
to the ARB and the record of the ARB proceedings. Testimony at the BZA hearing will be limited to a
discussion of the evidence presented to the ARB. No new evidence will be considered.
