1 Approval of Minutes – August 15, 2023 Mr. Barnow moved to approve the minutes. Ms.
Moore seconded. Approved 5-0
2 Appeal of ARB Decision Appeal of the ARB decision denying revised
Adam & Michelle Colombo grading/site plan.
6515 Belinder Ave.
Colonbo’s requested continuance to September 27,
2023, meeting.
Ms. Moore moved to continue the appeal to the
September 27, 2023, meeting. Mr. Barnow
seconded. Continued 5-0
3 Application for Variance Variance approved August 30, 2023, for new
James & Michele Stowers screened porch with conditions that the existing
6534 Wenonga Rd. foundational knee wall will be incorporated.
Mr. Barnow moved to approve the variance. Ms.
Moore seconded. Approved 5-0

According to the Mission Hills Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) By-Laws, the BZA shall determine whether
or not an Architectural Review Board (ARB) decision was reasonable based upon the evidence presented
to the ARB and the record of the ARB proceedings. Testimony at the BZA hearing will be limited to a
discussion of the evidence presented to the ARB. No new evidence will be considered.
