Ms. Beam moved to approve the resolution. Ms. Moore seconded. Approved 5-0 3 Appeal of ARB Decision Appeal of the ARB decision denying revised Adam & Michelle Colombo grading/site plan. 6515 Belinder Ave. Colombo’s requested continuance to October 25, 2023, meeting. Ms. Beam moved to continue the appeal to the October 25, 2023, meeting. Ms. Moore seconded. Continued 5-0 4 Application for Variance Replace an existing patio.
