Ms. Moore seconded. Approved 5-0. 2 Approval of Resolution Granting Variance Approval of resolution granting variances for Jason & Claire Cunningham extension of existing nonconforming patio and new 2340 Guildford Ln. grill patio. Mr. Barnow moved to approve the resolution. Mr. Halsey seconded. Approved 5-0. 3 Approval of Resolution Granting Variance Approval of resolution granting variance for Timothy & Amantha Burgess replacement and extension of existing 6535 Belinder Ave. nonconforming pool deck. Mr. Barnow moved to approve the resolution. Ms. Moore seconded. Approved 5-0. 4 Approval of Resolution Denying Appeal of ARB Approval of resolution denying appeal of November Decision 28, 2023 ARB decision that denied proposed David & Diane Zimmer location of new generator. 5924 High Dr. Mr. Halsey moved to approve the resolution. Ms. Moore seconded. Approved 5-0. 5 Application for Variance Application for variances to install two new pole Shane Schaffer lights in the front yard, and to exceed 4-inch pole 6506 State Line Rd. diameter limitation. Mr. Barnow moved to deny the request to install two new pole lights in the front yard. Mr. Halsey seconded. Denied 3-2. [No discussion was had, or motion made with respect to the proposed variance for the diameter of the single front yard pole light to exceed the 4-inch limitation in the Zoning Regulations.]
