Approval of Previous Minutes Recommended Approve the minutes from the motion previous meeting on May 31, 2016 as presented. Approved as presented 4. Approval of Current Agenda Recommended Approve the July 26, 2016 motion Agenda as presented. Approved as presented 5. Develop recommendation for Missoula to establish a policy for implementing and funding Neighborhood Greenways see “2016-05-31 DRAFT Recommendation Neighborhood Greenways.pdf” 6.1.1. Minor edits to DOCX format and held for further discussion. 7. New Business 7.1. Discuss and develop comments regarding Cregg Lane reconstruction 7.1.1. See 50% design submittal at https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/78250017/Cregg%20Lane %20Design%20Submittal%206-17-16.zip 7.1.2. Bob presented available documents and a brief discussion followed. Add to August 2, 2016 Board meeting with invitation to Doug Harby of Development Services. 7.2. Discuss Linda Vista Blvd (City Engineer strongly recommends parking removal on west side of street) 7.2.1. Reviewed location and recommendation of City Engineer and agreed that this was appropriate. 7.3. Discuss Mary/Brooks/Agnes 7.3.1. See “Agnes-Mary-Brooks.pdf” 7.3.2. Discussion centered around proposed 2 way cycle track on south side of Agnes Avenue. Issues explored included confusion for young riders riding the wrong way on Agnes for only one block and crossing the street east of Garfield Street. Additional concern with removal of island on Agnes making the crossing of Agnes a very long distance for pedestrians 7.4. Discuss possible August Hotspot Tour in lieu of CoW meeting. 7.4.1. Suggested stops pending from previous list; Brooks Street @ Bancroft, Brooks Street @ Reserve Street, Orange Street @ I-90 Roundabout, Reserve Street @ Mullan Road 7.4.2. Remove Brooks Street @ Reserve and I-90 Orange Street from the potential list. Add Mount Avenue @ Brooks Street. Suggested starting at 140 West Pine and proceeding to Higgins to Brooks and south on Brooks at selected points of interest. 8. Bob expressed appreciation for the work that Ryan Yearous and Parks and Recreation did in support of the Montana Bicycle Celebration. 8.2.
