Approval of Previous Minutes Recommended motion Approve the minutes from the previous meeting on February 28, 2017 as presented 3.1. Leora indicated a number of non-functional links. Approved with corrections 4. Approval of Current Agenda Recommended Approve the March 28, 2017 Agenda as motion presented 5. Discuss “Proposed 2017 City of Missoula Infrastructure Projects” to develop comments for submission. 6.1.1. Bob presented a list of suggestion for the board to consider. Suggestions were discussed and changes made. Comments to be converted to bullet pointed letter to Douglas Harby, and others. See “2017 Infrastructure Project Comments - DRAFT” 7. New Business 7.1. Discussion of Fox Triangle – ReZone Application. Particular attention to Exhibit 4 - Revised Draft of the Fox Triangle Land Use and Development Requirements Agreement with particular emphasis on paragraphs 7 – 15. (Recording @ 1 hr 24 min) 7.1.1. Missoula Bicycle and Pedestrian comments regarding the Fox Triangle – ReZone Application. 7.1.2. Standards and Restrictions: 7.1.3. Throughout, the official name of north side river trail should be corrected to Ron’s River Trail 7.1.4. Include approval of Bicycle and Pedestrian Program Manager 7.1.5. Include Bicycle and Pedestrian Program Manager in meetings 8. General Comments and Announcements of Board Members 8.1. Bob – Holiday Village petition to vacate and provide easement returned to committee for Wed 3/29 at 3:10 PM. See Missoulian article and or City Council video of 3/27/2017 9. Upcoming Meetings 9.1.
