Ayes: Brophy, Culp, Lehnerer, Lindstrom, Trevino ( 6) . Nays: None ( o). D. Approval of Minutes as Presented 1. Regular Meeting of June 24, 2026. West moved, Brophy seconded to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 24, 2026. Roll call vote. Ayes: Culp, Brophy, Lehnerer, Lindstrom, Trevino, West ( 6). Nays: None ( o). Motion carried. E. Open to the Public (Agenda items only please limit your comments to 3 minutes)-None F. Public Hearing: 1. Variance application as Submitted by Aaron & Taylor Perry for the Property Located at 25740 Iris Court ( continued from the June 24th 2026 meeting) . The applicants were not present.
