Citizen input 6. Business a. Consider approving an agreement with Sevier County for election services. b. Consider bids for Monroe City Surplus property c. Consider bids for tree removal in City right of ways d. Public Hearing to accept comments concerning the proposed annexation or real property owned by Tyler Okerlund, Russell and Christi Okerlund, Ralph and Cynthia Okerlund, and Alan and Helen Johnson. The property is located at approximately 600 W – 700 W SR 118 – 370 S. e. Public Hearing to receive comments on the 2021-2022 fiscal year budget of Municipal Building Authority. f. Public Hearing to receive comments on the 2021-2022 fiscal year budget of Monroe City for all funds. Comments will also be taken on the current 2020-2021 fiscal year budget which will be opened, amended, and increases and/or decreases in the budget will be considered. g. Adopt Resolution 5 1 2021 Amending the Monroe City Power Policy to adjust standard connection fees to reflect actual costs. h. Consider exemption request from outside watering ordinance 7.
