Review preliminary conditional use land application for 80 acres at approximately 100 E Canyon Road. Submitted by State Institutional Trust Lands. b. Consider Monroe Trails Committee request for letter of commitment. c. Public Hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds and any potential economic impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project to be funded by the Bonds for financing the purchase of secondary water system meters, together with all related equipment, accessories and structures.
