NOTICE AND AGENDA
Pursuant to 52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the Monroe Trails Committee of Monroe City, Sevier County,
Utah, will hold a regular committee meeting on the above date at the City Office, 10 N Main, commencing at 1:00
p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (The order of business may be changed as time permits.)
1. Welcome and Call to Order: Committee Chairperson
2. Roll Call
3. Approve 2024-4-4 Meeting Minutes
4. Public Input
5. Business
a. Any miscellaneous updates from committee members
b. Financial training from Allison
1. UORG awarded the $200k grant and Sevier County has deposited first $25k
2. Receiving, reporting, and using funds from various sources (county, grants, donations)
3. Hiring for trail crews
4. Monroe City bid review process
c. Defined roles for committee members
1. Proposed roles sent by Mike. These roles do not mean committee members can’t be involved
in other aspects of the project, but give each of us areas to focus on.
2. We have a small committee, so subcommittees may be overkill. But we could consider having
two people assigned to certain roles if needed.
d. Scheduling
1. Regular committee meetings
2. Training session(s) with J&D
3. Trail design (conceptual)
4. On-site trail walking, marking, flagging
5. Trail construction
6. ADJOURNMENT
