Commissioners are still very supportive and excited about the project 2. Communicated our goal to complete NEPA and schedule archeologists for cultural survey of Joe Town Hill by February b. Review of budget and payables (Jenna and Alison) 1. Jones and DeMille – paid so far, and remaining to be used/paid (Jenna/Alison) 2. Process for using county funds (Alison) c. Trail construction 1. Assume NEPA is completed by end of February 2. Next steps 1 Bids from contractors 2 Trail crews (Nate Conder, youth crew) 3 Equipment purchases d. Committee meeting schedule for Spring/Summer 1.
