Monroe Trails Committee Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 4:00 pm NOTICE AND AGENDA Pursuant to 52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the Monroe Trails Committee of Monroe City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular committee meeting on the above date at the City Office, 10 N Main, commencing at 4:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (The order of business may be changed as time permits.) 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Committee Chairperson 2. Roll Call 3. Approve 2024-11-13 Meeting Minutes 4. Public Input 5. Business a. Recap of recent meeting with County Commissioners 1. Commissioners are still very supportive and excited about the project 2. Communicated our goal to complete NEPA and schedule archeologists for cultural survey of Joe Town Hill by February b. Review of budget and payables (Jenna and Alison) 1. Jones and DeMille – paid so far, and remaining to be used/paid (Jenna/Alison) 2. Process for using county funds (Alison) c. Trail construction 1. Assume NEPA is completed by end of February 2. Next steps 1 Bids from contractors 2 Trail crews (Nate Conder, youth crew) 3 Equipment purchases d. Committee meeting schedule for Spring/Summer 1.
