MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE MONROVIA OLD TOWN ADVISORY BOARD TUESDAY, JUNE 16, 2026 CONVENE: Chair Wahl convened the Regular Meeting of the Monrovia Old Town Advisory Board (MOTAB) on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at the Monrovia City Council Chamber. IN ATTENDANCE: Community Services Director, Rebecca Sandoval; Recreation Manager, Heather Sayers; Recreation Supervisor, Johan Galvan; Administrative Assistant, Luke Bernacki. ROLL CALL: Board Members Ammon, Balsamo, Jurado, Miller, Spencer, Vice Chair Hudson and Chair Wahl. PRESENTATIONS – None CONSENT CALENDAR: The consent calendar was motioned for approval by Board Member Jurado, seconded by Board Member Spencer, and approved unanimously. The consent calendar consisted of the following Agenda item: CC-1 Unadopted Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Monrovia Old Town Advisory Board on May 19, 2026 Recommendation: Receive and File the Minutes of the May 19, 2026 Meeting. MONROVIA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE REPORT – None REPORTS FROM BOARD MEMBERS 1. Chair Wahl: Will be attending Council Study Session regarding business environment. 2. Board Member Miller: The Arthur Blair Historic Inn at 512 S. Ivy Ave. will hold its grand opening on Saturday, July 4, from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. 7.
