Award a Construction Contract for the Repair/Replace Water Wells Project ***PMSA*** (Categorically Excluded from NEPA per Department of the Army 32 CFR Part 651 (7-1-08) Appendix B; and Not a Project under CEQA) (Plans & Public Works - 704-06) Resolutions RESOLUTIONS are passed to express the policy of the Council on certain items or programs, or are passed to direct certain types of administrative action. A resolution may be changed by adoption of a subsequent resolution. Resolutions only require one reading and are approved when "passed and adopted." 4. Approval of Acceptance of State of California Division of Boating & Waterways Grant Funds in the Amount of $200,000 and Authorize City Manager to Enter Into Grant Agreement (Community Services - 904-01) 5. Approve Sole Source Justification/Public Interest Findings for the Purchase of Adaptive Traffic Control System, Wireless Vehicle Detection System, and Video Detection System (Not a Project under CEQA per Article 20, Section 15378 and Under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061) (Plans & Public Works - 803-24) 6. Authorize the City Manager to Enter into Contracts of Acquisition to Purchase Portions of Properties for the Purpose of ADA Improvements in the Right of Way as Part of the North Fremont Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements Project at: 2109 North Fremont Street, 2191 North Fremont Street, 2101 North Fremont Street, 580 Casanova Avenue, and 2332 North Fremont Street (Exempt per CEQA Guidelines Article 19, Section 15301, Class 1) (Plans & Public Works - 803-04) 7. Authorize the City Manager to Enter into a Contract of Acquisition to Purchase a Permanent Easement for Traffic Signal Controller and Service Cabinets Placement Purposes over Portion of Land at 610 Ramona Avenue and Sign the Certificate Accepting the Easement (Exempt per CEQA Guidelines Article 19, Section 15301, Class 1) (Plans & Public Works - 803-04) 8. Amend Resolution 15-120 C.S. Changing the Position Control List for the Plans and Public Works Department by Extending one (1) Building Maintenance Craftsworker Overfill Position in the Presidio Building Maintenance Division until December 31, 2018 ***PMSA*** (Not a Project Under CEQA Article 20, Section 15378 and Under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061) (Plans & Public Works - 903-02) 9. Approve Resolution Authorizing 1) Agreement with the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office and the Monterey Peninsula Airport District to Share a Command Vehicle, and 2) Amendment to Airport Fire Services Agreement to Permit Sharing of the Command Vehicle (Not a Project under CEQA per Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061) (Fire - 601-05) 10. Authorize the City Manager to Enter Into an Agreement with the City of Salinas and the Monterey Peninsula Airport District to Utilize an Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting Apparatus (Not a Project under CEQA per Article 20, Section 15378, and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061) (Fire - 601-05) 11. Authorize Memorandum of Understanding with the Old Monterey Foundation to Assist with Development of the Lower Presidio Historic Park (Not a Project Under CEQA Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061) (City Attorney - 704-05) 12.
