The City Council will conduct a site visit to 860 Wave Street to review the location as it relates to: Appeal 16-374 of Planning Commission Decision regarding a New Personal Wireless Service Facility; Appellant Crown Castle NG West LLC; Owner City of Monterey; Zoning District C-2; Exempt from CEQA Requirements per Article 19, 15303.
