With no requests to speak, he closed public comments. Brett Honoré, Dust Bowl Brewing Company, shared information about his company, and said that it would be an honor to rent the historic former train station at 290 Figueroa Street. Jeff Dayton-Johnson, Middlebury Institute of International Studies, said that the proposed easement is the result of a collaborative process, will increase the quality of life downtown, and will be an important milestone for the institute. With no further requests to speak, Mayor Roberson closed public comments. The City Council adjourned to closed session at 4:22 p.m. ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM CLOSED SESSION Interim Assistant City Manager Gawf announced the following: cs1.
