Receive an Update Report from Bouchard–Battle of Monterey Bicentennial Subcommittee (Not a project under CEQA, per Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article  5, Section 15061.) 5. Receive Orientation and Training 2016 Program for Colton Hall Museum and Cultural Arts Commissioners (Not a project under CEQA, per Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061.) 6. Receive Report on the Parks and Recreation Master Plan (Not a project under CEQA, per Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061.) COMMISSIONER COMMENTS COMMISSIONERS may ask a question for clarification, make a brief announcement or make a brief report on his or her activities. In addition, a Commissioner may provide a referral to staff or other resources for factual information, request staff to report back to the body at a subsequent meeting concerning any City matter, or direct staff to place a request to agendize a matter of business on a future agenda.
