Authorize Music Subcommittee's Evening Music Concert Support Letter for 2020 and Selection Process for 2020 Concerts to Commemorate Monterey 250 (Not a project under CEQA, per Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061.) 4. Approve the Recommendation of the Public Art Subcommittee for an Application for Utility Box Art (Not a project under CEQA, per Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061.) 5. Approve the Submission of Community Foundation for Monterey County Grant Request for the Monterey 250 Community Mosaic Celebration (Not a project under CEQA, per Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061.) 6. Discuss the Proposed Historical Vignettes Program for the Monterey 250 Celebrations (Not a project under CEQA, per Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061.) COMMISSIONER COMMENTS COMMISSIONERS may ask a question for clarification, make a brief announcement or make a brief report on his or her activities. In addition, a Commissioner may provide a referral to staff or other resources for factual information, request staff to report back to the body at a subsequent meeting concerning any City matter, or direct staff to place a request to agendize a matter of business on a future agenda.
