Recommend City Council Approve Rescope to Monterey Vista Neighborhood Traffic Plan at Monterey Vista Entrance Medians (Soledad & Soledad/ Mar vista) Project (30n0719) 11. Recommend City Council Approve Rescope of Third Street and Aguajito Curb Bulb-Outs and Crosswalks Project (30n0813) 12.
