Organization meeting discussion – The relevant sections, contained in Section 9, are below. Does the Board want to use this meeting as the organizational meeting? a. Annually, on the first Wednesday in April, the Board shall hold its organizational meeting. b. The Board shall elect from its membership a Chair and Vice Chair. No director shall be elected chair for more than three consecutive terms unless 2/3 of all directors so vote. 8. Regular Meetings – At the organizational meeting the Board shall establish a schedule of meetings. 9. Update on dispatching issues. 10. Other Business 11. Adjournment
