Meeting Minutes of the Montpelier Conservation Commission October 9, 2014 Attendees: John Fox, Shawn White, Roy Schiff  Approved May and September meeting minutes.  City got ERP grant for Stormwater Master Plan o Friends of Winooski education and outreach grant submitted to Lake Champlain Basin Program o MCC to participate with articles, meetings, etc.  Buffer Plantings o OK at 485 Elm (1400 feet) o Nature Center o Rec Department N Branch and Dog River  Conservation Survey o Roy to unify formatting o Geoff has final sheet on Parks and Rec. o Plan to meet with City Council on this.  Shawn to check in one One Taylor.  Website o John to run through site and plan for some reorganization  Roy to request budget  Wetland Delineation o Check with Planning commission o Go ahead with $5000 service?  AVCC Meeting in Montpelier o Roy, Shawn and Geoff to attend. 1
