Montpelier Conservation Commission Minutes December 11, 2014 Attendees: Shawn White, Isaac Mears, Roy Schiff  No minutes approved since quorum not present. Defer to January 2015 meeting.  Isaac Mears has joined the commission as a youth member.  Vacancy posting announced in paper and on Front Porch Forum. Several people interested in joining the Commission.  Brief budget review. We have $14,544 in funds available now.  MCC Mission / Charge. See updated text under separate document for review.  Need to discuss Hubbard Park North Conservation Project to agenda.  Need clarity on MS4 designation versus listed impaired waters and how these influence City.  Conservation Survey summary sheets edited. Finals to be reviewed at next meeting.  Zoning Amendments o Need Commission to review Sabin’s zoning letter. o Need strategy for getting more involved.  Need One Taylor Street Update
