Agenda approved as amended 3. Continue on City Plan Narrative a. Brenna – are there more examples of invasive species or other items b. James Brady – should send out the spreadsheet c. James to find out about how working groups function and the law 4. Strategic Plan a. Moving on some items that are time sensitive i. Farmers Market 1. Emily to ask about a table 2. James to send out email regarding getting a group together iv. Bret Engstrom work on wetlands, James and Roy to work on getting this going v. Vernal pool reviews ongoing, members of the CC have been checking some out of the pools in town vi. Conservation fund members 1. Geoff has asked members of the Parks Commission to get a member of the group 2. Member of the CC to join as well – Brenna is interested a. To be brought up at the next CC meeting 3. Geoff to check on how a member of the public is chosen vii. Official Map 1. Need narrative from Carolyn and Roy 2. Geoff to get updated trails data 3. James to coordinate viii. Tree plantings 1. Geoff discussed what’s going on around town  2. NCCC – doing plantings at North Branch a. Evergreens on riparian areas to shade out invasive b. Volunteers needed, MCC members welcome! ix. Nick on SW – check in with DPW on priority areas x. James to send out spreadsheet to group 5. Charlie on lesser celandine a. Some in town, very few instances in VT b. Charlie to work with land owners on managing this plant 6. Vernal Pool Project with UVM a. Data still be developed, will provide to CC as it comes in 7. Vernal pool and wetlands language in section 3 of zoning – John to look at what needs to happen next 8. Vice Chair – John to set down in his role, but continue on the commission 9. Minutes approved for both March and April of 2017 10. Vote on treasure next meeting 11. How can meeting minutes be shared 12. Setting up someone to run meetings when if James cannot 13.
