Montpelier Housing Authority Annual Meeting January 21, 2020 The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chairman Larson, with Commissioner Hannon, Shultheis, Stevens-Favorite and Zern present. Agenda Item II - Approval of Agenda The agenda was changed to add public participation. Agenda Item III – Public Participation There was no public participation. Agenda Item IV – Approval of Minutes Commissioner Hannon moved that the minutes of the November 19, 2019 annual meeting be accepted as written. Commissioner Shultheis seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Agenda Item V – Discussion of Tenant Issues Mrs. Troiano discussed two tenant issues as well as her proposed resolution of those issues. After a short discussion the consensus of the Board was that the issues be resolved per established policy. Agenda Item VI – Review of Vouchers Bank Statements, and Financial Reports Vouchers and bank statements were made available for commissioners to review. Mrs. Troiano reviewed the financial statements prepared by our fee accountant. Chairman Larson commented on the high net income for Gould but also noted that the full PILOT of $2750. was made in December. Mrs. Troiano also noted that there were no plowing or salting bills as of November 30. All of the financials were reviewed and questions answered. Mrs. Troiano reported that there were 114 vouchers under lease as of January 1. The Management Discussion and Analysis was reviewed. Agenda Item VII – Executive Director’s Report In addition to the written report Mrs. Troiano informed the Board that Rick DeAngelis, Good Samaritan Haven Chair, had been named Interim Director and had agreed to attend our next meeting which will be held on Tuesday February 18, 2020 There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 6:35pm.
