No Guests January 14, 2019 minutes were accepted Votes  None Director's Notes  Are available at the front office upon request Discussions:  Fund raising for FY20 from supporting towns increased by $4,500 to $33,800  Current governance states nine members are enough for the council, but two more may be nominated for a total of eleven. The Council can appoint a member to finish a vacancy until the term ends, when they may run for election, including any nomination from the floor at the Annual Meeting, June 18 2019. Write-in votes will be discussed prior to the Annual Meeting.  The Accreditation timeline is now extended through the summer and maybe into 2020. Mary Carlson presented a punch list of remaining tasks for the application workbook. The process has been valuable in identifying the areas MSAC needs to strengthen.  Edits were made to the survey for the Annual Meeting which will go out with the Annual Renewal Letter Actions  Janna will send WCMHS training at MSAC information to Liz and Mary Alice  Send Annual Survey suggestions to Mary Carlson by Wednesday, March 20, 2019  The FY20 MSAC budget will be distributed to the council members Add to May 20th, 2019 Agenda:  Annual Survey  New Dates for Accreditation Timeline  Annual Meeting  Fundraiser  Advocacy Update Meeting adjourned at 3:00 PM.
