Guest: Advisory Council candidate Suzie Swanson March 21, 2019 minutes were accepted Votes  None Director's Notes  Are available at the front office upon request Announcements  WCMHS will hold Mental Health training workshops for city employees and Advisory Council Members in July, two training sessions of 4 hours each  VISTA Volunteer Rebecca Johnston will be leaving in August, her replacement is being recruited  Becca Jordan is expecting in September and the length of her maternity leave TBD Discussions:  Simplify the application and election process for Advisory Council members  Annual Meeting re: survey, raffle, increasing attendance of membership  Moving and installing the downtown pergola at MSAC  Status of the Accreditation: stalled at 35%, Janna will focus on it more during the summer  Peter Kelman’s Aging Successfully program  Janna asked the AC members to attend the Annual Meeting and volunteer for the June Bug Actions  Advisory Council members who are able attend the MSAC Annual Meeting Tuesday, June 18  Advisory Council members who are able volunteer for June Bug, Saturday June 29  Schedule Peter Kelman to present Aging Successfully at July AC Meeting  Bill, Mary, Barbara L and Suzie S will submit governance language for a vote at July AC Meeting Add to Advisory Council Morning Meeting June 18th, 2019 Agenda:  June Bug Update  MSAC Instructor Liability Insurance  New Dates for Accreditation Timeline  Preliminary Results of 2019 MSAC member survey  Advocacy Update Meeting adjourned at 3:00 PM.
