Public Presentations a. Concerns about building future. b. Concerns about getting proposals before unloading a plan. c. Describing the gym as a liability. d. Bridge article made people aware of the building proposals. II. Approval of December 2015, January 2016 Minutes, February 2016, March 2016. a. Could not approve. Did not have a quorum. III. Financial Statements a. Looked over. Did not have a quorum. IV. Old Business a. Baseball i. Over 300 participants in baseball. ii. League scheduling, background checks, Shirts and hats. b. Seasonal Staff i. Summer Lunch- Volunteers ii. Seasonal staff interviews – scheduled. V. New Business a. Community Services Dept. i. Learning more about the other department’s responsibilities. b. Facilitator Process ii. Facilitator Interviews April 26 – 1-4 p.m. c. Rec. Field – Little League Baseball Field i. Damage from a dog digging up the field. Reported to police dept. D. Tennis Courts/Pickleball Courts i. Tennis Court repairs est. and pickleball lines. Board supported to go forward with estimates. VI. Directors Report a. Bike path down to pool house needs attention. Plan to contact DPW. b. DPW to help with Pavilion Path. Hope to be done by June 10th, 2016. VII. Program Coordinator/Pool Director’s Report a. Summer Staff i. 22 Guards and Clerks. ii.
