Public Presentations a. None. II. Approval of December 2015, January 2016 Minutes, February 2016, March 2016, April 2016. a. All Approved 3-0. III. Financial Statements a. Reviewed with Board. IV. Old Business a. Path to Pavilion i. City Helping with Path. Coordinating proposals for project. ii. Scheduled to be done by June 10th. b. Tennis Courts/Pickleball i. P.O. in Progress. ii. Setting up a time to be scheduled. V. New Business a. Community Facilitator i. A couple from Woodstock, VT was selected to facilitate. ii. Lay out what is planned to do. iii. Meet City Staff. iv. A Rough lay out for City Council. v. Community Meetings. b. Pre –Season Pool Maintenance i. Pool Motor - Getting repaired. ii. Ladder replaced. iii. Opens on June 4th. c. Program Coordinator Interviews i. Two on Wed. May 11, one on Monday, May 16. VI. Directors Report a. Facilities – Painting the pool this year. Painted the sides of the rafts. VII. Program Coordinator/Pool Director’s Report a. Summer Staff i. Pool Staff and Day Camp Staff hired. VIII. Other Business a. Open House – Discount Pool Passes b.
