Public Presentations a. None II. Approval of July and October 2016 minutes. a. Minutes Passed 3-0. III. Financial Statements a. Reviewed with Board. i. Reviewed school services. ii. Insurance Installment payments. IV. Old Business a. Valentines Dance i. Adjusting title of dance and fees. ii. Possible Impacts. b. Ski Skate Sale Update i. Sale was down this year. ii. Credit cards accounted for about half the sales iii. May need to have two credit card lines next year... V. New Business a. Budget Process i. Estimated budget and expense draft budget reviewed. . b. Community Services Update i. By Function rather then department. ii. Function vs Identity. c. Skating Update i. Meeting with State to determine what is left to get approval from the list of requirements.  VI. Directors Report a. Tracking numbers better for rentals and walking programs. VII.
